 POSTman 

POSTman is a simple-to-use product for batch processing or appending and printing barcodes. It is a flexible solution to take advantage of Australia Post’s barcode sorting and delivery technology.
 
The simple batch processing wizard, works with most contact managers, CRM, accounting packages and database lists, it allows checking of address validation against the Postal Address File, and the option to create two output files for matching and non-matching records.
 
An interactive mode captures single customer address details and validates them ‘on the fly’. Even easier, the ‘near matches’ feature provides a drop down list, making corrections a point-and-click, timesaving operation.

 POSTman Enterprise 

POSTman Enterprise is a simple-to-use network ready product for batch processing or appending and printing barcodes.  It includes "Write Back" and "Batch Cleansing" to append barcodes and rapidly validate and cleans address in your database.
 
The simple batch processing procedures, for most contact managers, CRM, accounting packages and database lists, allow checking of address validation against the Postal Address File, and the option to "Write Back" to the original database or create two output files with matching and non-matching records.
 
An interactive mode of data entry is included and ActiveX controls (API) to integrate with other software products. The interactive mode captures single customer address details and validates them ‘on the fly’. Even easier, the ‘near matches’ feature provides a list, making corrections a point-and-click, timesaving operation.

 POSTman Rapid

POSTman Rapid is the intuitive easy to use key stroke reduction, address validation and barcoding solution for any size organisation.

POSTman Rapid will increase productivity when collecting customer information by saving up to 80% of address key strokes. It will also improve data quality by validating  addresses against Australia Posts Address File (PAF). It will reduce costs by decreasing invalid or wrongly addressed mail pieces thus reducing returned or dead mail.

By validating addresses at the point of entry it will also reduce the possibility of spelling mistakes by assisting in deciphering poor hand writing or difficult to read information. Operators will save valuable time confirming difficult to spell addresses and it will increase productivity, customer service and professionalism.

 POSTman Professional

POSTman offers improved data quality, through superior database cleansing and management tools, for deduping, sorting, analysing and segmenting data. It validates addresses against the Postal Address File (PAF) and appends barcodes to the database.
 
It prints barcodes to correspondence, envelopes and labels, via most word processors, to allow barcoded discounts. A simple import procedure from most contact managers, CRM, accounting systems and database applications allows checking and record validation.
 
Data management tools dedupe single or multiple lists, merge and sort lists, segment and produce sample lists, for reduced mail costs and an audit trial for all work performed.

It takes maximum advantage of Australia Post’s new barcode sorting and delivery technology to achieve the best postage discounts. LISTman incorporates every list and data manipulation tool required.
